Simi’s Rationale
Having worked with youth all my life as a soccer coach, I am able to connect and resonate with diverse youth. I am able to motivate them in this sort of environment to perform at their best and this skill can be transferred into the social work field. By enhancing this skill over the years and combining it with my interpersonal skills, I can directly work with vulnerable youth and families to provide them with the basic human needs that they deserve.
